– Creating brand guidelines, brand voice.
– Managing vendor of office design.
– Planning and organizing internal events: YEP 2019, happy hours, team building, ITV weekly news.

Research & Analysis

– Analyzing the marketing performance of 2019, competitors.
– Conducting online market research for optimizing website, SEO.
– Analyzing and creating personas of target customers.

Budget Planning

– Allocating digital marketing budget for 1 year.
– Allocating budget for internal activities for 1 year.

Digital Marketing & Deep knowledge in Paid ads, SEO, and UX/UI.

– Planning digital marketing strategy and monitor the execution including: SEO, Google Ads, social media, email marketing.
– Auditing website innotech-vn.com based on Google guidelines, and adapted to marketing campaigns.
– Setting up a digital tracking system: Google analytics, Search console, Hubspot, Hotjar.
– Managing outsourcing vendors of website developments.
– Building UX/UI of landing page for products: HRMS, eKYC, Auto-scheduler, CRS.
– Training digital marketing skills for team members
– Designing and editing videos.

HR supporting:

– Recruiting marketing internships.
– Designing posters for recruiting campaigns.
– Publishing recruiting news on the website, facebook, LinkedIn.

Sales supporting

– Supporting the sales team: proposal design, consulting customers about eKYC solutions, looking for vendors.
– Supporting to make quotations.
